We’re Liam & Ashton - brothers, best mates, and the duo behind ALTAR. We never set out to work in weddings, but after capturing a few friends big days, we found ourselves drawn in. One job led to another, then another - and before we knew it, this became something we truly loved.

Liam is the one behind the stills, with over 7 years of photography experience, and Ashton is all about the motion, working full-time as a freelance filmmaker. Together, we’ve built a style that’s raw, emotive, and a little unconventional. We’re not here to recreate the same wedding film or photo gallery you’ve seen a hundred times, we’re here to capture your story in a way that feels real.

We shoot everything from proposals and engagements to wedding days, and what we love most is getting to witness the beginning of your forever.
